Empowerment Coaching
for Women Entrepreneurs

I’ve been an entrepreneur since I was ten years old—yes, really! My very first venture? Starting a paid fan club for my favorite teen heartthrob, complete with monthly newsletters (before blogging was even a thing). That early spark of hustle turned into a lifelong passion for business ownership and women’s empowerment.

Over the years, I’ve built a powerhouse career spanning multiple industries—from owning five successful dog grooming salons (both mobile and brick-and-mortar) to launching the largest pet sitting business in Bucks County, and founding Southeastern Pennsylvania’s only state-licensed Dog Grooming Training Academy: Dog Grooming School of Pennsylvania.

But my entrepreneurial journey doesn’t stop there. I've also owned a concrete products company, held real estate licenses in both PA and NJ, and climbed the corporate ladder as a top-tier sales executive in the managed healthcare industry. Oh, and did I mention I was also a Financial Management Analyst for the U.S. Navy and a Legal Specialist for the Department of Veterans Affairs? Yes, I’ve worn a lot of hats—and each one taught me how to own every room I walk into.

My superpower? Helping women business owners believe in their potential and unapologetically bet on themselves.

I walked away from a comfortable, six-figure corporate career (complete with pension!) because I knew deep down: there was so much more waiting for me. And I haven’t looked back. People told me I was crazy. Others called me brave. I call it: living on purpose.

As the owner of a grooming school, I began to notice something powerful—and heartbreaking. So many of the talented women in my program didn’t believe they were “good enough” to work for themselves. Meanwhile, my male students never questioned their worth. So, I made it my mission to help women rewrite that narrative. I coached them, challenged them, and championed them—and many went on to launch thriving businesses of their own.

If you’ve ever felt like you’re not ready, not experienced enough, not allowed to take up space—let me be the voice that says: you absolutely are.

I understand what it means to be a woman who wasn’t handed a seat at the table. But here’s the truth: we’re not just claiming a seat—we’re building the table and inviting others to sit with us.

So… what’s holding you back?
